i have always been and always will be a classic american times new roman girl. always.

well kids, here goes nothing. i have condemned the word blog since first having lain eyes on it. but alas, even my dad got a cellphone. succumb to the technology? no. don't. choose to use it on your terms. and for good, not evil. and remember your roots. hence, don't forget to go outside.

speaking of cell phones, pete is having a problem with his right now. no screen. all other functionality is at 100%, just no visuals. i say tough. people lived through decades without silly screensavers of their horses face, phonelists at their fingertips and the ability to text 'google' for the exact address to the bar (though i admit, i love that perk). the unknown makes it more exciting. and memorizing phone numbers probably wards off alzheimers. here's to the rotary!
